Font of data pasted from Excel changes in Word due to font overridden.
Cause:
Word's default font setting overrides that of Excel. Data pasted from Excel assumes the font set in Word.
Solution:
Paste the selected data from Excel using the 'Formatted Text (RTF)' option of the Paste Special command.
1) Copy desired data in Excel.
2) Switch to Word.
3) Open the Word document.
4) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste Special...'.
5) Select the 'Paste' radio button.
6) Select 'Formatted Text (RFT)' from the 'As' list box.
7) Click 'OK'. (The selected data is pasted into the document.)
